Por El Influencer– Instagram vuelve a ser testigo de una tendencia, esta vez se trata de una forma artística de honrar al cuerpo.

Sabemos que la práctica del yoga se ha vuelto todo un fenómeno, que ha ayudado a muchas personas a sanar su cuerpo, mejorar su salud y conseguir más flexibilidad, además el yoga te enseña a amar tu cuerpo y esto se ve reflejado en la nueva tendencia de Instagram.

El #NudeYoga es el movimiento que ha dado la vuelta al mundo, y llegó hasta una modelo y fotógrafa que creó la cuenta Nude Yoga Girl, en la que muestra las bondades de esta disciplina a través de fotos en las que practica este deporte sin ropa.

Las imágenes, tomadas en increíbles paisajes, son profesionales y muy cuidadas para que luzcan artísticas y no caigan en lo vulgar.

This morning I laid down in savasana after my nude yoga practice and I was present, I was whole, I was in peace and full of love. But during the day I'm not all the time. I thought about how easily we get disconnected from ourself and our body, our nature and our spirit. We need, I need, some practice daily to connect to myself. To remind how beautiful the world is and I as part of it. ❤ For so many years and moments I wasn't kind to myself… The change doesn't happen in a moment. If you eat 20 years junk food, and one week healthy green food, you can't expect that one week makes dissappear all the "damages" that bad habits have done during 20 years. It's exactly the same with negative words… But if you don't start now, when? ❤️ Nude yoga at home is a valuable daily practice towards self-acceptance and connecting to your deeper self. At least, it is for me. During my practice I love to think about what I'm grateful for, how my body feels, and what positive things I can say about myself. It's very refreshing in a busy lifestyle to just focus on yourself in a positive way! But remember that taking small steps in the right direction is already the biggest step, we need compassion to change our habits and mind. ❤ Even only 10 minutes, meditation music and YOU. Movements or not, breathing. Give today a moment to yourself, you have earned it. 😘 #NYGyoga

Don't wait for a tomorrow or next week or next year. Too often I think I will do something or start some task… then. After. Later. Not yet. Tomorrow. Monday. It comes up to my mind now and then everyday until it's done. I can't get it off my mind but I still keep pushing it forward… The way it affects my mood and stresses me out is ridiculous. It would be so much easier for me to just do it and get it done. If not now, when really? There isn't a better time. ❤ This weekend I have managed to do things that I've thought of for the past month! What a relief! After one task or routine change I got more confidence and energy to do more things that I had planned a long time. So I try to keep going. And really… I will at least try to do things that take less than one minute, immediately! Not later. ❤ Do you have something you keep pushing forward because of different excuses!? 😊 Cleaning, accounting, a phone call, email, some healthy habit…etc.? Do it NOW! ✌️👊 #NYGyoga
