Según la descripción de la foto, la historia trata de tres amigos de 16 años que tienen una vida común y corriente de su edad hasta que algo inesperado cambia sus vidas de repente. Delevingne desea que sus fans teens compartan con ella -desde su perspectiva- los obstáculos de crecer y convertirse en un adulto joven:
